Supplemental Submission
Rose Group Enterprise, Inc. d/b/a Rose Equities ("Rose") and K&K Developers, Inc. d/b/a Garden Communities ("K&K" or "Garden") (collectively the "Applicant"), is the contract vendee for the property known as 80 West Red Oak Lane in the Town/Village of Harrison, New York (the "Property"). The Applicant proposes to redevelop the Property with a luxury residential community to be known as "Renaissance Harrison".
Renaissance Harrison is the transformation of the 28 acre-former Renaissance Westchester Hotel into a residential centric mixed-use community, including retail and cultural venues available to the public. Sponsored by long-term friends and partners, Rose Equities and Garden Communities envision a connected and thriving Teardrop, with Renaissance Harrison as its crown jewel. Two (2) residential quads, anchored by large gatherings places, to be known as the Commons and Mansion Park, nestled against 7+ acres of minimally disturbed woods. Renaissance Harrison will add to the emerging "live work play" environment of the Harrison Teardrop neighborhood, an area surrounded by I-287, the Hutchinson River Parkway, and I-684. Two (2) parcels of 12.9 and 15.3 acres, respectively, will be developed into two (2) residential quads, including work force housing, that celebrate the classic Tudor and Arts & Crafts architecture in a series of timeless multi-family residences of rental homes and villas interconnected through abundant amenities, authentic placemaking, gathering places and natural/strong landscaping.
